ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT-RECEPTION (97CTTSO03)

DESCRIPTION
Support all aspects of administrative support to include: on-site meeting operations; schedule and reserve conference rooms, prepare invitation lists, send invitations, prepare name plates/badges, hand out and/or collect meeting materials, operate audio/visual equipment, coordinate visitor clearances with the security office, take and distribute meeting minutes. Maintain calendars and schedule appointments. Process travel requests and make travel arrangements. Prepare, route, track, scan, distribute and file correspondence. Create and maintain electronic and hard copy files. Maintain Master Briefings using PowerPoint.  Schedule and plan conferences to include developing invitation packages, arranging for catering services, and developing and producing conference information packages.  Perform special projects of an urgent and sensitive nature and other duties as assigned. Provide backup support to reception work center as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
No degree in this position is required; however, technical training or proven performance in this specialty is required, with at least one year working experience. A SECRET clearance is required.

KNOWLEDGE
Candidates must have a keen eye for detail, have a strong customer service orientation and demonstrate intermediate or advanced skills in MSOffice Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
